RULES OF THE ROAD-EO
The 2023 shooting event, which begins at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 24th and ends at the last weigh-in at Venice Marina (237 Sports Marina Rd, Venice, Louisiana 70091) on Saturday, Feb. 25th at 6:00 p.m., will recognize those that bring in the largest nutria killed, most nutria per boat and nutria toss. Other events include a nutria cornhole tournament and nutria basketball shot.
TEAM RULES
There is no limit to the number of team members per boat.
All nutria must be shot from the team boat to compete for most nutria.
Each hunter must be registered.
Each boat is a separate team.
RODEO RULES
All prize winners will be required to pass a polygraph test.
Hunters will be required to follow all Louisiana hunting rules and regulations.
Hunters competing for most nutria must get a trapper’s license ($32) to shoot more than five a day.

Largest nutria $1000 (1st place), $500 (2nd place), $200 (3rd place)

ONLINE ENTRY for early registration NOW OPEN ($35 fee) until January 9th, 2023

Friday, Feb. 24 – registration continues ($45 fee); event begins at 8 a.m.
